After the product has been packed, it is fed into the sealing machine via the conveyor chain (belt and rollers) and handed over to the box transfer mechanism, where it is clamped by the clamping belt on both sides of the carton and moved forward. The front short tongue is automatically bent by the tongue press, the back short tongue is bent by the tongue press, when the carton enters the sealing machine rollers, there is a detection signal (photoelectric signal) to notify the tongue cylinder action, by the tongue press frame will be bent, at the same time there is a signal to notify the melt glue machine automatic spray glue. The carton continues to move forward, the left and right long tongues are automatically bent to the middle through the guide bar, while the belt of the box pressing mechanism, synchronously presses the left and right long tongues of the carton, making the box, tongue and glue together, completing the sealing and shaping action, i.e. the last process of product packaging --- automatic sealing. It has structural components of aircraft head, base, control panel, width adjustment handle, height adjustment handle and movement.
