1、First place the sealing machine on the horizontal bottom surface, lock the brake castors and adjust the stand to a suitable height so that the machine stand is in a horizontal position.
2、Place the carton to be sealed on the conveying table:
A. Adjust the lifting handle to make the bottom plane of the upper tape head seat lower than the height of the carton by about 3-5mm;
B. Loosen the locking hand wheel, adjust the conveying clamping stick, make the conveying stick close to the carton, then lock the locking hand wheel;
C. Adjust the carton positioning wheel so that the carton positioning wheel and the conveying clamping stick are close to the carton at the same time, and then lock the locking hand wheel.
3、Turn on the power switch, make the machine work, then push in the carton for sealing, if you find that the upper and lower sealing tape is not the same, adjust the knob of the tape cylinder seat (generally the tape is too tight, then relax the spring pressure; the tape is too loose, then tighten the spring pressure).
4, if the length of the two ends of the sealing tape is inconsistent, adjust the tape head in the cutting blade (general head long tail short, adjust the cutting blade, loosen the locking screw of the cutting blade, move the cutter out a little, and then lock the screw, and vice versa head short tail long, then move the cutter in a little)
